Implementation Specialist

The Kipu Health Implementation team needs your help!  We’re looking for help in our Implementation department to provide excellent onboarding support for our valued users which helps us fulfill our company mission.

Here are the kinds of things you’ll be working on once you have completed our intensive training program:

  • Work with new Kipu clients to customize and implement our cloud software products to fit their individual needs.​

  • Hold meetings, create project plans and timelines, perform software setup, train and support clients as they get up-to-speed on new software tools​

  • Establish relationships with staff members in client facilities to become their trusted source for help with our products within their job specialties​

  • Supporting Kipu’s team of dedicated staff whose primary objective is to make every client a reference client for our company​

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues​

  • Assist the product development team with project scoping and quality control​

  • Provide remote and on-site training of software features and benefits

  • Following policies and procedures while adhering to deadlines

  • You enjoy helping people troubleshoot and solve problems.​

  • You have a very high comfort level working with software and enjoy teaching others.  3 Years of experience in a technology setting is preferred.​

  • Have medical industry knowledge and understand medical terminology. It’s a big plus if you have experience in the area of substance abuse treatment and an even bigger plus if you have experience in medical billing or marketing.​

  • You want to work for a fast-growing leader in its market.​

  • Demonstrate time management and the ability to complete tasks on deadlines.​

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.​

  • Proactively think of and propose new ideas to help improve general administrative, implementation and customer service policies and procedures.​

  • You enjoy traveling and in-person contact with clients.​
