KipuEMR Webinar: Chart Tracker Who Should Attend: Super Admins & Intake Staff

Why Attend: The all-new Chart Tracker module allows you to track patient charts across multiple locations within a Master Instance. Simply select the “Chart Transfer” button on the patient face sheet to transfer a chart from one location to another. Transfers can include completed Consent Forms and/or live copies of selected Evaluations. Live copies of Evaluations will appear in the destination chart as fully editable and unsigned; Consent Forms will transfer as completed with signatures intact. Super Admins may pre-define select Consents and/or Evaluations in Transfer Packages.

The complete history of a patient’s transfers can be seen from the new Chart Tracker link accessed by clicking the new Chart Tracker button on the patient’s facesheet; all patient transfers can be seen under the global Chart Tracker which can be accessed by clicking your name in the top right of the EMR's navigation bar and selecting the new Chart Tracker tab.

KipuEMR Webinar: Chart Check Who Should Attend: Super Admins & Compliance Officers

Why Attend: Kipu’s exciting new Chart Check feature answers two vital questions: What documentation is required? and when is it due? In Templates you can now create Chart Checklists outlining which Consent forms and/or Evaluations are required and when they are due. These lists can be created per program and, in a master instance, per location allowing you to create different sets of requirements for each.

Documents from the appropriate Chart Checklists, based on the patient’s location and/or program, are shown under the Chart Check section of each patient’s Chart Summary tab. Included here are the current status and due date for each document, even if it was not yet created. To top it all off, there is a new tab under Dashboard listing all incomplete, required documents across all patients.

Kipu will highlight in yellow any documents which are due within 48 hours; red will highlight any documents that are overdue; white, or no color, will indicate the document is either completed or no immediate action is needed.
