KipuCRM: Patient Grid & Patient Information Who should attend: Super Users, Admission Reps, Managers, anyone entering, or viewing patient/prospects information.

Why attend: KipuCRM is designed to help facilities build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. It helps you find leads, follow up with prospects and nurture them through the pipeline. After they are discharged it helps you follow up and maintain that relationship through Alumni efforts. The Patient Grid is one of the easiest systems out there to locate a current or previous patient. It is also able to be customized for each individual user. How one user looks at the data might be different how another user needs to see the data. The Patient Grid allows you the flexibility to set it up how you need it. We are going to review those options as well as what "Patient Information" means.
